Large Tractor Product Support — Machine Readiness (February 2024 - Present): - Organized a customer pilot program for pre-production tractor models to collect machine data by creating proactive corrective action strategies for machine failure and facilitating training sessions for customers and field service technicians. - Conducted Design For Safety and Serviceability reviews for pre-production tractors to improve product design for full production. - Managed data wranglers to create a machine database to track vehicle health metrics for pre-production tractors to diagnose machine failures and optimize customer performance.Power Systems/Electric Power — Customer Readiness (May 2023 - February 2024):- Managed a customer pilot program for John Deere Electric Variable Transmission (EVT) tractors with Power Offboarding capabilities and OEM electric drives by triaging tractor and implement failures and conducting full machine evaluations post-harvest. - Repaired diagnostic codes on customer tractors and on-site test machines using problem resolution software (Service ADVISOR). - Aggregated and analyzed engine warranty data to support business cases for serviceability-focused design.- Curated a parts database of John Deere Electric Power (JDEP) parts for reliability, product support, and continuous improvement engineers to inform design changes to JDEP-integrated machines.
