- Work with Product Manager to understand the goals for the product and translate these into operational execution for solution design and product delivery/changes via Professional Services.- Work with Professional Services Head to ensure tactical execution of product strategy is clearly defined and regularly reviewed and refined.- Understand full product functionality and capabilities including best practice for deployment and change management and develop and maintain Product Library of all current and relevant product material for use by Professional Services. This includes Product Matrix (including Standard/Non- Standard Add-Ons) Training Material, Build Standards, Solution Library, Deployment Documentation and Change Documentation.- Work with sales representatives (New Business and Existing Customers) to scope/design solutions where required, ensuring these solutions are compliant with product strategy and best practices.- Provide pricing for Professional Services to appropriate channel when requested and develop and maintain a Professional Services pricelist for repeat solutions to allow swift and efficient quoting.- Work with Project Managers and Change Managers to provide solution consultation where required, including creation of Functional Requirements Specifications as and when required.- Conduct all product training for customers and staff as and when required. Or, as it may happen, train other appointed staff to conduct training ensuring training standards are maintained.- Define appropriate product success measurements with Head of Professional Services and report on these on a regular basis as agreed.- Assist in different departments with expertise and knowledge when required.
