• Created end-user documentation for AMCC’s high-performance packet processors, traffic management technologies, reference platforms, and software development environments.
• Produced kernel and driver utility user guides for AMCC’s packet processors.
• Wrote application user guides supporting AMCC’s software development environment (ATM, IMA, MPLS, IPv4, MLFR, AAL5-SAR, and MLPPP).
• Developed user guides and installation guides supporting AMCC’s various reference platforms.
• Documented reference and programmer manuals detailing the internal workings of AMCC’s packet processors (traffic management, QoS, security, classification, database management, etc.).
• Established documentation detailing the various packet processor interfaces (SPI-3, SPI-4, XAUI, PCI-E, and SGMII).

• Developed end-user documentation for MMC’s high-performance, open architecture, software programmable Network Processors and Switch Fabrics. Target audience included networking equipment vendors developing.
• Developed customer data sheets, release notes, installation guides, and programmer manuals for companies designing switches and routers using MMC chip sets.
