Driving top line sales for the store team of associates. Effectively manage around P%L reports to add to your overall bottom line. Ensure adherence of staff members to all retail policies and procedures. Train and educate staff to increase knowledge and create high levels of motivation to inspire team to achieve results. Create a selling environment focused on customer service, brand awareness, performance objectives and recognition. Establish and monitor scheduling, staffing and payroll. Communicate, execute and manage marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve specific goals and objectives. Establish a partnership with Regional Manager to support company initiatives and objectives. Maintain proper inventory controls and compliance standards for shrink control. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees to effectively manage employee turnover and retention. Establish a partnership with key business partners including members of the coporate structure.

Responsible for sales and staff development of the store. Contributes to store revenue by selling. Contributes to the achievement of store sales goals by role modeling attachment and solution selling, executing sales promotion activities and providing above standard customer service. Works with Operations Manager to controls store expenses by management of inventory accuracy, audit of sales, and monitoring controllable store expenses.Ensures physical appearance of store is in compliance with company standards by ensuring cleanliness of store, plan-o-gram compliance, correct pricing, proper sound and picture and building maintenance and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.Provides leadership to store personnel by preparation of store work schedules, training and coaching and on-going supervision.
