In my free time, I dabble in photography, web design, copywriting/editing, and graphic design.

Provide backend/technical support for customer questions, and help with documentation and feature reference, for several modules in the EBMS ERP system. Inventory control, purchasing, and manufacturing are my specialties; I also help with a wide range of accounting and general software questions.

Solutions falls into two categories.Consulting:Work with customers to understand their business processes and needs; after analysis, recommend process and software changes as needed. Custom programming management:Gather requirements and needed changes from customers, work with software architects to spec and quote programming, and coordinate testing and implementation for new programming. Serve as Agile product owner for custom programming team.

This position took me to the other side of the desk from my earlier work as an EBMS user. As CSR, I worked to help new customers set up EBMS. I also fielded general accounting and software questions, used Crystal Reports to create custom reports as requested, and began serving as support and testing liaison between customers and the custom programming department.

I had two primary responsibilities: the company network and the ERP system.As network administrator, I consolidated data spread across 10 workstations into one domain-controlling server and managed the growth of the network to 30 workstations, procuring and installing most pieces myself. Shortly before leaving I finished a major network wiring upgrade, installed new Gigabit switches, and migrated to a new server.My primary responsibility was the company's ERP system. They were rapidly outgrowing QuickBooks, and needed a system capable of managing their inventory and manufacturing process as well as A/P and A/R. EBMS, the ERP system from my previous job, fit the bill. I worked closely with the CFO and accounting team to bring their company's processes into one integrated system, and saw first-hand the difference as we finished our migration: where three people had earlier struggled to keep their systems current, two people now could easily handle the workload.

Handled day-to-day accounting for the family's furniture business: purchases, sales, inventory/manufacturing control, payroll. This is where I learned to use EBMS, the ERP system that I'd spend much more time with later.
