Auto decisioning project: the agile strategic insurance platform transformation program to deliver digital underwriting capabilities:- Lead the Policy, Product and Valuations workstream tasked with complete redesign of policy and product rules, and integration of credit and fraud scorecards, and pricing modules;- Implement an innovative data driven decisioning system that reduced underwriting time from 4+ hours to under one minute, in partnership with Commercial, Technology and Strategy stakeholders;- Own engagement with the technology build partner and third-party data/systems providers (CoreLogic, Equifax) in relation to business requirements and functional specifications;- Influence decision makers at the senior leadership level to ensure their buy-in and support for the change management initiatives.
