My team was responsible for building out docs.preset.io and managing the Preset User Corner channel on YouTube, where we create technical demos and examples to showcase the platform's capabilities.In addition to these responsibilities, I serve as a liaison between customers, product management, and research and development. The team supported the pre-sales organization in the most challenging situations, and PoC, there was no challenge that my team could not resolve. Global Field Experts also helped transition to post-sales and collaborate with Customer Success to help customers get the best return on their investments. Technical advisor and customer success were the main team goals; partnering with customers for success helped sales and up-sales. The team’s main motivation was to prove to customers and prospects that Vertica is the best technology in the market. The team delivered professional service engagement when there was a need for specialized skills. Vertica Evangelist delivered seminars and talks around the Globe.

Lead the Best Practices team, a hybrid team that focused on being the liaison between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales to capture customer proposals and transition to post-sales with the proper documentation and technical reference. The Best Practices team also wrote best practices and commons workarounds and solutions. It delivered them by blogs, workshops, and seminars for customers and internal pre-sales and post-sales onboarding.

Assist customer with - Installation issues in different configurations, Amazon EC2, multi node clusters, single node cluster and large clusters. - Tune database configuration parameters such as tuple mover and resource pools to better performance. - Engage with engineering teams to diagnose product defects. - Provide effective and consistent communication to management, peers and account team in support of customer.
 - Provide leadership on high profile account issues. Drive global support escalations when necessary.
