Responsible for implementation of new Advisory software ‘Softech / Asset-Connect’, asking developers to prepare system generated reports as per specific needs and maintaining data of all clients in this software. Responsible for various financial and managerial reporting.Assisting clients in making beneficial and strategic decisions regarding investments. Resolving client’s queries to provide them best possible service. Preparing monthly profit sheets and ensuring profits are timely disbursed.Processing redemptions & broken period profit by coordinating with banks, finance & operations and also ensuring their timely disbursement. Preparing and sending monthly account statements to all clients.Maintaining clients data in soft and physical form (Active & Non Active)Managing Audits (both internal & external) and SECP inspection.
