-Handling of various aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable-Handling of Petty Cash/Liquidations-Handling and tracking of Bills Payments-Providing accreditation process support-Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.-Filing and tracking (and possible review) of Contracts-Disbursement file management -Encoding of transactions, inventory, etc. (Bookkeeping) in QuickBooks Online/Excel/other software SaaS-Encoding of various Trackers (Expense Vouchers, Checks, etc.)-Assist with BIR and Government Filings as needed

- Ensure completeness of receipts and supporting documents of daily transactions- Validation of receipts and petty cash liquidations- Proper Filing of documents- Monitoring and preparing of required documents for the issuance of official receipts- Monthly report of sales and expenses- Do clerical jobs such as scanning, photocopying, organizing files, etc.- Officer-in-Charge for personal franchise business a. Verifying of beginning and ending daily sales and inventory b. Keeping store organized and in fine image c. Maintaining of store assets d. Maintaining customer satisfaction by good service and proper sales process e. Weekly report of sales and inventory f. Maintain staffs coaching and helping in solving their problems

- Encoding of daily deployment, third party, and transportation charge.- Making of delivery receipt for assorted collaterals.- Filing of every day transaction papers.- Weekly monitoring of inventory & equipment.- Liquidation of monthly budget.- Perform other functions as may be assigned by Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and other staff
