CurrentPPR:- I thoroughly reviewed FEMA GO submissions to ensure proper format, required signatures, and data alignment with narratives and FEMA GO crosswalks.- I served as the primary contact for four grant recipients (Mission Border Hope, City of El Paso, City of Atlanta, and El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank), maintaining strong relationships and ensuring PPR and FFR deadlines were met. I provided assistance with amendments, facilitated technical support sessions, and maintained consistent communication through email and phone.Recipient Engagement:- As part of the SSP team, I focused on recipient engagement, reviewing amendment submissions and payment requests in FEMA GO for FY23, FY24 SSP-A, and FY24 SSP-C awards, ensuring thorough support for recipients throughout the process.Reporting Contributions:- I contributed to the first quarterly Congressional Report for the Shelter and Service Program, showcasing significant achievements and program dataProcess Graphics Development:- I developed process graphics for the communications team to clarify the steps for payment requests and FEMA grant applications, enhancing transparency and understanding of these processesData Management:- I created and updated the SSP Power BI Dashboard for quarterly reports, along with SSP-A and SSP-C Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for daily federal client use. I also provided regular updates on the POAMs before daily syncsFacilitation and Co-Management:- I co-facilitated monthly webinars with federal clients for SSP FY23 and FY24 programs, managed Monthly Status Reports (MSR), and oversaw all phases of the SSP-A and SSP-C grant cycle, from recipient submission to post-awardMonitoring: - I developed an enhanced SSP Monitoring Tracker, reorganizing recipient folders to align with monitoring needs. Additionally, I supported the monitoring workstream manager by reviewing documents and actively participating in desk reviews and virtual monitoring site meetings
