- Perform BOM consolidation, optimize component type in BOM to reduce lead time and cost.- Manage supplier base to archive competitive cost, quality and delivery performance.- Oversee the implementation and executions of NPI projects from bidding, first article Inspection (FAI) and first mass production to final handover. - Handle technical/ commercials reviews, clarifications with various department and international customers.- Responsible for sourcing and support RFQ of electronics and mechanical parts for new projects.- Alternate sourcing and cost reduction program.- Communicate with NPI engineers from Indonesia when there is any technical issues.- Work closely with planner to confirm demand is load and fill up project ghant chart. - Uploading Data in SAP system, example of uploading BOM, MPN/AMPL, Routing.
