• Responsible for driving sales, client liaison, and project execution of Qualitative projects. This includes research design, proposal writing, moderation (English and Mandarin), analysis and reporting, facilitation of client workshops. • Types of research approach used: In-depth interviews, focus groups, online community, social listening, eye tracking• Team development – training of juniors and recruitment of interns for the Qualitative team

• Supporting Research Director from project pitch to execution in Qualitative and Quantitative projects. This includes responding to RFQs, fieldwork management, moderation (English and Mandarin), data analysis, reporting, and presentation. • Travelled to different parts in China for moderation work

• Managed and worked together with 12 departments to ensure the smooth execution of operations during event e.g. Security, Housekeeping, Banquet, Kitchen, etc. • Events worked on: IMF 2006, Microsoft, SINDA
