AIEF was established in 2008 in response to community demand from Indigenous families who choose to enrol their children in boarding schools.Bringing together the government and private sector, AIEF provides scholarship funding for Indigenous students to complete Year 12 or tertiary studies, with career support to help them make a successful transition to employment.Backed by some of Australia’s most influential business and community leaders, AIEF has grown from one scholarship student in 2008 to now supporting over 1,200 young Indigenous people from over 400 communities in every state and territory of Australia.

I cultivated strong relationships with students and parents, organised key events like the Cultures of the World Festival and Graduation Ceremonies, and wrote content for Annual Reports and newsletters to effectively communicate the school's activities and accomplishments. Leveraging platforms like Facebook, I drove increased enrolments through paid social media advertising. Additionally, I helped ensure operational efficiency by managing critical documents related to contracts, budgets, reports, and Department of Education compliance.

I wrote news articles aligned with the publication's editorial vision and audience preferences. Over my tenure, I authored over 500 news stories spanning diverse categories, including world news, entertainment, culture, and animal rights.

I specialised in creating content, including articles, social media updates, and newsletters, tailored to the distinct needs and goals of various clients, predominantly large charitable organisations. My role involved spearheading the development and execution of a monthly editorial calendar, ensuring that content remained coherent and was delivered punctually across various platforms. I also employed keyword research and content performance analysis through key performance indicators such as unique page views to help boost our clients' search rankings.

I managed the IHG Rewards Club accounts of clients worldwide by overseeing various responsibilities such as resolving points discrepancies and handling stakeholder enquiries. I collaborated closely with different teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, enhance public relations, and contribute to the brand development of IHG's prestigious hotels like the InterContinental Hotel.
