Due to previous experience working with FCB and having been the writer on the Xpax account (Malaysian telco), I was brought in once again to work on a new mobile app Xpax was developing. It is an app where its users are able to keep track of their usage and balance, reload talk time, and view billing history. I was tasked to write the copy for the app and to ensure a seamless flow in terms of copy for the maximum user experience.

I was in charge of creating content for Malaysia Fashion Week's social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) prior to the event. Content strategy had to take place as I had to create hype months prior to the event as there was not much content (except recaps from previous years), seeing all the excitement is usually closer to the event date. On top of content creation, I was managing queries as well.On the day of the event, I took photos of the runway shows and guests' OOTD and was giving Malaysia Fashion Week's audience a live feed from their homes or offices.

I was brought on board to work on this government body to write their entire website. PEMANDU was aiding the Ministry of Education (MOE) to set up a portal for people with disabilities and people who are somewhat connected to them. It is a one stop center to educated the disabled people themselves, parents, employers, and educators of the disabled of their rights in Malaysia.I was tasked to create a wireframe for the content layout to ensure a seamless UX when users land on the website as it is divided into 4 pillars mentioned above. All information is catered to a specific group within that pillar so channeling the users to the specific pillar is crucial.I had to write the website in both English and Malay.
