Manage physical and virtual servers running Windows Server 2008-2019 for managed network clients and internally. Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, and/or Exchange Server 2010-2019 depending on needs of the client. Program and maintain fleet of Fortigate Firewalls and Access Points for Continuum helpdesk customers. Design, setup, and maintain local LAN/WLAN network. Manage and/or assist with the onboarding of new customers. Coordinate and work with third parties to coordinate installs and troubleshooting for ISP's or software vendors as needed. Responsibilities were extensive and include organizing, rehearsing, and directing the Bastrop High School Ram Pride band, Concert band, and pep band at Bastrop High School. The position included individual and small group instruction with students as well as meetings with parent support groups. In recent years I continued the emphasis has been directed toward developing student leadership and student ownership in the ensembles from the previous director, and I had taken steps to have a role in school staff development and leadership. Directed and managed the overall program of instrumental music and marching band for Jonesboro-Hodge High School. I was responsible for recruiting and instructing beginning band students, directing second year and third year student band, directing the high school band, and providing individual instruction and evaluation for junior high students. I was also responsible for the creation and implementation of the sixth through eighth grade general music class curriculum.Achievements:-Had numerous students selected for honor band.-Numerous I's and II's and solo/ensemble festival.

At Branchville, my job was to recruit and instruct beginning band students, direct the high school band students, create and maintain an accurate inventory list, maintain the instruments and the music library. I was also responsible for organizing, directing, and leading the wintergaurd. Additionally, I was also responsible for preparing students for honor band and college scholarship auditions.Achievements:-Colorguard placed 3rd at Myrtle Beach Competition-First student selected for district honor band in many years.-Multiple students received offers for college scholarships.

Responsible for handling requests for hunting and fishing licenses, and ensuring orders are accurately filled. Packages product, place product in meter machine for stamping, and then deliver products to post office for delivery to customers. Achievements:-Finished a 4-5 job in 3 weeks.-Was called back for 2 additional weeks due to strong work ethic.

I assisted with the basic administrative functions of an office using my good communication and organizational skills. I was required to assist with special projects, database creation and management, preparation of documents, preparation of mail-outs, and maintaining the music library.Achievement:-Finished assignments in less time than was allotted for each job.

I was responsible for providing assistance to KSU students in the music computer lab. I was the first contact person for students seeking technical help with computer related issues, such as Finale, Microsoft Office, and other potential issues. Perform basic computer troubleshooting, including course specific software and printer maintenance. Maintain sign-in and sign-out log. Additional, I was responsible for maintaining a clean quiet work area for students.Achievements:-Learned to operate and assist others using Mac OS.-Demonstrated and assisted students in the use of Finale Music Notation software.

I was responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed. I also requested and received training in store closing procedures (cash drawer closing, closing reports), inventory control procedures, returns and exchanges, and key privileges.Achievements:-Employee of the Month, March 2000-Helped electronics department meet and exceed sales goals on numerous occasions.
