I have a large palette of skills, making it possible to fit into multiple types of work places and projects. My employment in Danske Bank started as Test Manager in the internal consultant department, Consultancy Services, hence I am used to changing work place, meet and understand new colleagues and quickly get familiar with new areas of banking to be able to fulfill the requirement of that specific domain and the type of test management they need.My present work areas are:• Creating test plans with a strategy for all tests and reviews required in the project or domain• Estimate test and make resource plans• Facilitate, support and monitor the different relevant test and reviews• Report to superiors• Support the process concerning test data• Create test cases and execute system test • Handover to Maintenance team• Recently been working with test automation• Support all members in the department in raising the level of maturity according to the CMMI
