As a Research Associate in the Executive Search unit, my role involved operating across thesearch process: defining client needs, developing a candidate pool, screening candidates,shortlist evaluation, client interviews, and feedback. I was partof a dynamic, high-performing, and motivated team that drove the hiring of C-suite positionsin East Africa.

Responsible for the development, planning and management of the Bank’s Products in a bid to enhance the banks overall market share. Working under the supervision of the Product Manager the role includes:• Develop and implement annual product plans to achieve both Profitability and Market share.• Research, design, and develop campaigns to increase product uptake and penetration in the market• Sales forecasting of specific products.• Executing and monitoring the launch/re-launch plans of new and existing products.• Designing and implementing product launches for across all customer facing channels • Providing product positioning training and materials for sales team and customer service.• Conduct on-going market/ Competitor intelligence (both external and in house) to identify immediate and future business growth opportunities and put in place effective plans for their achievement. • To conduct customer profiling in liaison with bank analyst to identify bank portfolio trends

• Serving customers by providing product and service information.• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.• Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.• Processing customer instructions.• Involved in business development by attracting potential customers, answering product and service queries as well as suggesting information about other products and services to new and existing customers.• Other duties include processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, as well as preparing and filing various customer care schedules.
