Responsibilities included investigating, researching and preparing responses for Mayoral correspondence as well as providing administrative support to the various operations of the Office of the Mayor. The role included researching and preparing a variety of documentation whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

The role included involvement with an extended customer database and informations system. A high level of customer service was necessary in a high-pressure environment. Tasks included articulating resolutions clearly and concisely over the phone to clients. Bonus' were achieved on more than one occasion to merit efforts, and I assisted management in the training and monitoring of new employees.
