For example, one initiative has been to further patient and provider education. Ways that I contribute to this initiative have included: •Co-created provider education cheat cheats for reading and utilizing RightMed Reports for medication dosing recommendations based on CPIC guidelines. •Patient and provider reach out for interest in participating and explaining the program.
