2019 was a great year for Eva, full of challenge and happiness in both work and life. In the beginning of 2019, Eva take lead of Adeo Ningbo team. Eva lead team with high engagement, strong team work spirit and set up strong team pipeline, it all approved by team's strong performance and high engagement even during Eva's maternity leave. Once back to work, she dedicates herself to team and department, quickly catch up on team changes and department Reward and Recognition focal role to establish department Reward and Recognition activity which got highly appreciation by colleagues.In 2020, Eva is working on GCA training community of SCM CUS, lead the project team to engage the whole training community around GCA through TB, monthly broadcast and intiative the coaching forum to build up coaching culture and improve the coaching frequency.
