Worked as part of a team on large billing project including writing and QA of face sheets, accessioning and tracking specimen reports in standard medical database and scanning documents for the project. Included data entry handling both text and numeric information received verbally and in written form. Handled order entry in standard medical database for specimens, logged in and labeled cytology specimens, reviewed and verified biopsy/pap smear correlations using Copath, and filed cytology slides. Collated, organized and disseminated processed specimen reports on a daily basis.

I create and produce the product, photograph and market it, handle sales and customer service, and take care of financial and administrative needs. Pretty much everything for my business.

Worked in the Ophthalmology Department handling paperwork, medical transcription, dictation, filing and other administrative responsibilities. Also handled the IRB paperwork for the department's human research studies.

Also handled various administrative tasks including customer service, paperwork and reports, correspondence, financial and accounting needs, web design, sales, shipping and receiving. I was the main artist for the company, developing and producing products and training my co-owners to create products, as well.

Responsibilities also included developing and instruction/training manual for my position, as well as several projects overseeing and training students. Occasionally was assigned a student/intern to assist in the office. Also planned and supervised registration for the students.

Handled 9-line pbx and campus radios. Oversaw all volunteers and staff (approximately 15 to 20 people) who assisted with Switchboard and Gatehouse when I wasn't available, including training and scheduling. Administrative support which included typing, transcription, filing and mail for some campus leadership. Oversaw the Switchboard office, maintaining the filing system, inventory and ordering materials, as needed, cleaning, messages and screening phone calls for a 30 to 40 person facility (both staff and students). Receptionist position was responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, providing paperwork, name tags, and tours or other assistance as well as overseeing registration for events throughout the year. Librarian position handled a small, honor-system library including reshelving books, following up on checked out items and occasional book repair. Bookstore coordinator oversaw small bookstore by appointment and for events, including inventory and ordering products, merchandising and displays, sales, financial reports, customer service and supervising volunteers and student helpers.
