CurrentAudit and Verify Commissions: Pull and review Salesforce reports to confirm commission calculations for closed deals, manually calculating commissions to validate system performance and guarantee correct payouts.Timely Compensation Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of all monthly and quarterly variable compensation payout amounts to payroll for processing, avoiding delays or discrepancies.SPIFF Management: Manage and load various SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) amounts into Captivate IQ (our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool) to support incentive programs.New Hire Onboarding: Handle administrative tasks for new hires, including sending compensation plans and calculating New Hire Draws across different pay structures.Compensation Plan Administration: Distribute compensation plans for quota or merit increases, role transfers, and other plan changes.Leave of Absence Draw Calculation: Calculate and process Leave of Absence (LOA) Draws based on specific employee circumstances and policies.Termination Processing: Process terminations and final commission settlements in Captivate IQ to ensure accurate compensation adjustments.Rep Inquiries: Respond to sales rep inquiries related to commissions, compensation plans, and general commission-related concerns.Salesforce Case Monitoring: Monitor and manage Salesforce cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution.Commissionable NACV & Services Adjustments: Adjust Commissionable Net Annual Contract Value (NACV) and Services amounts in Salesforce based on pre-defined criteria to ensure accurate compensation calculation.Data Accuracy in CaptivateIQ: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all compensation data within CaptivateIQ.Audit Sales Statements: Audit sales statements for errors and inaccuracies, identifying opportunities for process and statement design improvements.
