Een deel van mijn week besteed ik bij de Goldschmeding Foundation. Dit doe ik in de rol van projectmanager Duurzaam Werk waar ik verantwoordelijk ben voor een portefeuille, het scouten en begeleiden van projecten en monitoren en evalueren van de voortgang. Ik mag me bezig houden met enkele bijzondere projecten m.b.t. de Reparatiesector en andere banen die verdwijnen en verschijnen. Ik zet in op de werkgevers van de toekomst , innovatie in de werk-naar-werk-infrastructuur, modern werkgeverschap en vernieuwende organisatie/verdienmodellen in. Ik geloof dat werk een van de sleutels is tot een toekomstbestendige economie, eén waarin mens, natuur, democratie, economie en samenwerkingen kunnen floreren. Ook mag ik bij Goldschmeding Foundation mijn ervaring inzetten op het gebied van HR (advies, radio-interviewer) en als consultant in (SDG)strategie voor duurzame ondernemingen. Daarnaast ben ik blijd dat ik mijn ervaring in toekomstonderzoek en met de oprichting van @Lab Toekomstige Generaties kan meenemen, net als mijn van de SDG's en verschillende methodieken uit transitietheorieen.

Al bijna 10 jaar werk ik als dagvoorzitter met het Sprekershuys. Ik wordt ingezet op events over bijvoorbeeld de toekomst van werk, technologie, duurzaamheid, HR en de stad. Andere onderwerpen zoals SDG's, Brede Welvaart, systemische opstellingen en Theory U komen ook voorbij. of duurzaamheid. Ik hou van interactie opzoeken met het publiek en probeer het doel van een event altijd samen met de opdrachtgever naar een hoger plan te krijgen. Gelukkig is dat gemakkelijk omdat de events waar ik voor gevraagd wordt vaak gericht zijn op de gewenste toekomst.

Lab TG is gefund door verschillende stichtingen en heeft als missie het meenemen van welzijn van Toekomstige Generaties in belangrijke beslissingen (bv door de politiek of bedrijfsleven) normaal te laten zijn. In deze rol heb ik me eerst beziggehouden met de opbouw van het Lab. Middels Communicatie en Strategie, en op de missie en de Theory of Change. Daarbij mocht ik via het onderdeel de Toekomstraad (met de altijd geweldige Jannet Vaessen van Women.Inc.) bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van een tool die een breed publiek in staat stelt zich in te leven in de toekomst over 100 jaar, in de generatie van dan. Tot nu toe hebben we de Toekomstraad 6 keer getest en de resultaten zijn ontroerend, inspirerend en activerend. Binnenkort kun je ze lezen via de vernieuwde website.

As a Change Agent I helped our clients to develop their leadership into a more inclusive and sustainable one. Next to this I've set up a business unit around the Sustianable Development Goals, together with a team from Oxfam Novib. We were succesfull in helping different organisations with aligning their business with the SDG's.
