The goal of the 1,5M€ Rising North Fund was to support 30 pan-Nordic initiatives with up to 50 000€ per project. Each project had to have organizers from at least three different Nordic countries. The fund was operated by the Finnish Startup Foundation and backed by the Nordic Council of Ministers. I was in charge of the marketing side at the fund and also.

My role was vital in creating a regional pride and willingness to collaborate between the Nordic startup hubs, including Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, and Reykjavik.
