Client Experience Officer And Sharepoint Specialist
CurrentIn my non-technical role I work alongside our CEO to get to know our clients, what they do, how they work, and where they're headed. I distill this information and weave it into our internal systems so that as we serve their IT needs, we're keeping those priorities in mind, and making sure they inform our proposed solutions. I manage our website and coordinate our marketing and PR materials for advertisements, philanthropic outreach, go-to-market materials, social media posts and email marketing.In my technical role, I am our SharePoint Specialist on staff. I work with clients interested in one-time or ongoing engagements migrating data into SharePoint from servers or other cloud solutions, as well as orienting their staff and deploying SharePoint as a collaborative tool within organizations.
