In this position, I have focused my negotiator profile on certain products, becoming a specialist on negotiation of both global IT service deals, and IT technology selection agreements, managing the commercial relationship with several IT strategic vendors for the Telefónica Group. This position has allowed me to gain a wide experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams world wide (Europe, America and Asia)

Manager in charge of the coordination of development and roll-out of the corporate eCommerce Platform for Telefónica S.A. The activity was related both to technical aspect and commercial/legal issues.At this position, I led the development of the corporate eCommerce platform, managing both the internal customer relationship and the support contracts with third parties. I was in charge of managing the outsourcing process of the support and operation of the technological platform, as well as the definition and roll-out of the Customer Support Centre for the procurement community.

I joined the Procurement Direction of Telefónica Móviles S.A, as IT Procurement manager in charge of the execution of all procurement activities for the IT Department, as well as the coordination of the IT procurement strategy within the mobile companies of the Telefónica Group (15 affiliates by that date).

I started my professional career within the Telefónica Group in 1997, when I joined the Business Support Systems Direction of Telefónica Research & Development, as a Telecommunication Engineer. After spending one year working in Latin America as a Telco Business consultant, I joined Telefónica Móviles, holding the position of Head of the Business Information Centre, in charge of the development and roll-out of the Key Business Indicators (KBI) System for the mobile companies.
