Development Engineer Sound and Vibration for Wheel Loaders and Haulers at Volvo Construction Equipment in Eskilstuna. I am looking forward to applying and developing the experience I have from trains and automotive powertrains to new products using both simulations and measurements. English is my working language, my French is sufficient for understanding project documentation. Experience from working in Sweden, Belgium, China, UK, Germany, France and India. In September 2022 I defended by PhD titled "Micro-structural based acoustic modelling of anisotropic open cell materials", focusing on sound transmission loss and absorption from multilayer panels including micro modelled anisotropic porous materials. The work has been carried out within the Centre for ECO2 vehicle design at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.Experience from working in large, complex, multicultural projects, competence in measurements and calculations. Experience of room acoustics (e.g. inside the train), sound propagation outdoors, vibration isolation and structure-borne sound transmission, rolling noise and all the equipment on a train causing noise (air condition units, traction motors, gear, power converters, compressors etc.), as well as automotive power trains for 4WD. An additional area of competence is mechanical environmental engineering, in particular vibration durability and survival of electronic equipment in machines and vehicles.
Listed skills include Acoustics, Rail, Rolling Stock, Railway, and 16 others.
