Global SR Manager for the Bauer Prosharp Performance Advisors, a team of technical sales and service experts based in the US, Canada, Finland and Sweden. + Tasked with developing short and long-term sales and product strategies in an effort to quadruple the Prosharp Sharpening and Profiling machine and accessories business over the next 4 years.+ Work in partnership with Global Sales and Marketing leadership to sell in Prosharp sharpening and profiling machines to Global Distribution Partners, traditional Retail doors, Elite Teams, Hockey Federations (i.e. NHL, NCAA, European Elite Leagues, International Ice Hockey Federations) and the individual sharpening consumer.+ Provide educational and technical service and support to machine owners and users to optimize production efficiency, open new streams of revenue and maximize profitability.+ Develop training and sales protocols for Advisors, Sales Reps, Global Distributors and Retailers creating consistent messaging around our technology and its benefits to the owner and the end user.+ Manage sales relationship for non-retail companies that include Prosharp machines as part of their skating event and management services. + Work with the Category Brand Manager and R&D by sharing retail and consumer insights to guide the development of new product offerings, inventory strategies, sales programs and marketing executions.+ Product, Sales and Marketing Liaison during the integration of the Prosharp Company into Bauer Hockey.

Maximizing sales and profitability through the creation of special make up product offerings, custom marketing programs, and retail commercialization strategies within multiple North American Hockey Specialty Channels in coordination with Sales Management and Brand Teams. + Product Merchandiser charged with maximizing sales and profitability for Bauer’s 2 largest Hockey Specialty Retail Buying Groups, Sports Distributors of Canada (SDC) and Sports Excellence Corporation (SEC); servicing 300+ independent retailers. o SDC SMU Bookings increased by 83% in Canada and 73% in the US vs. ‘21 which was flat to ‘20o SDC SMU Bookings increased by 64% in Canada and 42% in the US vs. ‘21 which was flat to ‘20+ Develop and commercialize exclusive Special Make Up product offerings in strategic business categories; skates, sticks and protective products; working in coordination with Category Brand Managers and Product Development Teams. SMU Product sales represent 35% of annual sales.+ Develop and execute co-operative marketing programs intended to drive the sell through of Bauer products through brick and mortar retail stores and online channels for the SDC and SEC head buying offices as well as for 6 of Bauer’s largest Independent Retailers in North America. Allocated marketing budget totals over $2.5M across all accounts which are spent to drive results via traditional media outlets, paid digital media channels, contest and prizing, point of sale and launch pieces, photo shoots and reviews for product launches, NHL athlete partnerships, coordination of trade shows and demo events, and copywriting of product and brand text.
