• Assigned as direct Quality support to all aspects of the production/manufacturing anddevelopment of ArcherDX assay components and processes.
• Activities include timely review of production batch records in electronic and paper-based systems, QC Report review and release, and Kitting and COA batch review and signoff.
• Support of other Manufacturing Operations-related activities such as reviews of receipt of raw materials, transfer of scrap materials, label review and releases, coordination of product release activities, etc.
• Performs maintenance of the Document Control Program which includes oversight of document number structure and log, review of Change Orders and routed documents, and assisting other departments with routing documents.
• Performs technical writing tasks, including authoring and revising documentation, translating user needs while maintaining quality system requirements, managing documentation projects, and maintaining documentation.
• Performs and writes reports for internal product investigations for customer complaints, failures, etc.
