Assessed water mains to determine age of the piping with computing system. Induced sound into mains in order to be able to check the condition of the water mains. Used computing program to determine the thickness of the lining in the piping.

I created a user friendly product that enhances the systematic approach used by W.L. Gore & Associates in the past. I worked with W.L. Gore & Associates to create the design under hard constraints such as time, budget, and size. Tasks I had to preform include designing the structure using SolidWorks, I had to communicate with W.L. Gore & Associates and various sales engineers to figure out which parts were best to use in the system. I had to create a budget chart to see where costs could be reduced. Lastly, I had to collaborate with the shop machinist to discuss the best way to machine and assemble my parts.

I generated an improved design of a per-existing senior design project in order to increase the range and practicality of the sensors used in the design. I utilized SolidWorks to draft the design of the model in order to later machine its parts using the Machine Shop at my university.

I generated an improved design of existing "Reaction Mixer" in order to cut cost and improve upon path of motion. I designed the model in SolidWorks and later machined a working prototype using the machine shop provided at my school. My project design was rated the best out of 13 groups.

I collected, treated and examined waste from influent tanks to verify chemical levels were normal. I retrieved samples from effluent pond to verify that OSHA regulations were met. I observed pumping stations, manholes, and other areas to make sure influent was free to flow into the plant.I was responsible for the inventory on the plant. This included knowing which parts went to which pumps, heaters, generators, etc. I had to organize such parts and be able tell mechanics where to find these parts in storage.
