Drive and constantly evolve social media strategy and execution for three brands as Tufts Health Plan’s in-house Senior Social Media Specialist. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to create and publish engaging social media content daily for all social media platforms. Collaborate with these teams to generate and maintain monthly content calendars. • Review and provide guidance on paid social media campaigns and strategies developed by partner agencies.• Develop, execute and refine paid social campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and grow brands’ following.• Manage social listening to monitor brand health, perform competitive analysis and inform future communication strategies. • Monitor all social media channels for three brands to address and triage member issues.• Generate monthly social media reports for division stakeholders across the organization. Functioned as Senior Social Media Manager and managed two junior Social Media Managers for the travel inspiration blog TravelPirates.com, helping reestablish the company brand on social media in the US. Responsibilities: • Created and published engaging social media content daily for all social media platforms. • Generated and maintained monthly content calendars. • Monitored and managed a community that receives over 85 thousand likes, comments, & shares every month. • Devised and implemented social media campaigns to grow follower numbers and engagement. • Tracked and interpreted data using tools such as Google Analytics, FanpageKarma, Agora & Facebook insights, before presenting said data in a digestible manner to senior management. Collaborated as part of a large team producing the award-winning PBS Kids show Arthur.Responsibilities:- Managed and created content for Arthur’s one million social media fans on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.- Created turnkey social media toolkits and maintained calendars that were used nationwide by corporate sponsors and PBS stations.- Proofed and provided quotes for series premiere press releases.- Coordinated many aspects of production including scripting, asset reviews, voice recording sessions, and production schedules.- Selected, interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised Arthur interns.- Assembled award submissions, including submissions for four Emmy nominations, and one win for Outstanding Writing in an Animated Program.

Worked as part of a two-person team for this biopic on the life of former Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser.Responsibilities:- Acted as the on-the-ground liaison while the director spent long stretches shooting in Cairo.- Organized and kept an ongoing production plan and schedule.

"Making Democracy” SeriesWorking as the sole production assistant for four producers and several translators, editors and camera crews to produce an eight part thirty-minute documentary series on a one week turnaround schedule. Responsibilities:- Assist with field shoots- Find, acquire, digitize and transcribe footage from many different formats and sources.- Assemble extensive research packets on interview topics and subjects. - Conduct pre-interviews and arrange on-camera interviews.- Organize and keep an ongoing production plan and schedule.- Form relationships with various footage providers to ensure a smooth editing process.- Find and negotiate music score contracts and recruit Arabic translators and voice actors.“Arab Spring” SeriesServed as the only production assistant, researcher and editorial assistant from creation to completion of a five part sixty-minute documentary series.Responsibilities:- Coordinated workflow between producers and editors in Washington, DC and London.- Arranged travel and shooting plans for several overseas trips to Cairo, Beirut and Tripoli. - Researched and wrote biographies for over thirty interview subjects.
