Storytelling is something everyone experiences, whether it be through a good show or just from a friend about their crazy day. If its realized or not, these stories influence us greatly. Everyone has that first memory of a story that stuck with them. For me, it was when I was watching cartoons when I was younger, and wondering how I could possibly get so attached to characters that weren't even real.Throughout my life, storytelling has became so integral. From studying Game Design and Development, to Digital Humanities and Social Sciences, I have learned more than ever about how to interpret and tell these stories. Recently graduating with a Bachelor of Science in the aforementioned Digital Humanities, I have only continued to grow in passion about the idea of narratives since, and don't see it stopping anytime soon.Whether it be telling stories and facts through technical writing, or an original narrative in creative writing, I want to share stories that help people to see the world in new ways. Stories are a medium that can be conveyed through anything, even through environments, visuals, and so many other ways. Sometimes, those are the only ways to tell a narrative, and every story deserves to be told.
