Primary responsibilities include oversight and accountability for all Integrated Defense programs including P&L for over $40M annually. Capture, planning, execution, and continuous inprovement are key. I Contribute to and review test plans, experimental designs, and technical reports, as well as client briefings. Managing multiple chemical attribution projects for DHS, DoD, and other USG clients, Principal Investigator for several vapor, liquid, and aerosol chemical testing projects. I have over 18 years of experience in the development, test, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS and emerging chemical detection products including gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), FTIR, Raman, XRF, IMS, and colorimetric products. During that time, I've managed dozens of programs for both U.S. Government and commercial clients, ranging in size from a few months and a few thousand dollars to 5 years and > $10 million in value.I am the Founder of CBRNE Tech Index, a venture of MRIGlobal that provides detailed and independent information on CBRNE detection products. In addition to technical responsibilities, identifies and evaluates future project and program opportunities and coordinates with multiple agencies and staff members in the creation of new contract proposals for industrial and federal government customers.
