While performing the duties of a crew member, I was also responsible for training newly hired crew members, how to perform their job while following the McDonald's Standards of Excellence. This included teaching how to perform basic job functions such as assembling orders and serving food, and extended to some of the smaller details of the job, such as how to deliver an excellent customer experience and how to recover customers with complaints, all while maintaining restaurant efficiency.

While working at McDonald's I had many different responsibilities which all contributed towards the restaurant's success. Some of my duties included, delivering an excellent customer experience, handling cash, and serving orders. During quieter hours, I often needed to perform multiple of these duties at once, putting my multitasking skills to work. All aspects of my job required me to balance my efficiency and my ability to deliver a great experience. This position also exposed me to large amounts of teamwork, as staff would be required to work together to ensure success within a shift.
