Responsibilities include managing and overseeing all assigned jobs from start to finish, first with the initial contact to the perspective customer ending with the final walk through. Being the first onsite after a disaster occurs, assessing and scoping the damage, developing and implementing a mitigation plan, as well as being there for the customer 24/7 to help and answer any questions. Also, working one-on-one with insurance adjusters, claim representative, and general contractors throughout the entire mitigation process to make it like it never happen. In addition, conducting on-site training and continuing education with all new and current hires as well as with temporary and seasonal workers.
