Project Lead in our Implementations Services group, part of our Institutional Recordkeeping Services. Lead the conversions of new Insitutional plans, mainly 401k, into Vanguard.

Supported and participated in the planning, design, development, testing and overall implementation of operational and technology projects. Plus supported fund launches and initiatives for the International Fund Services team in the Fund Financial Services department. Lead projects of a limited scope and assigned sections of larger initiatives. As On the Job trainer, successfully on-boarding team members and created training schedule and manual.

Within the mutual fund accounting department, maintained ownership for the completion of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for all assigned fund level tasks including resolution of trade failures, verification of security prices, corporate action processing, cash and currency reconciliation, and preparation of team reporting deliverables. Also tracked team metrics plus coached and mentored newer team members.
