    Worked on a mix of heat pipe and vapor chamber custom product development projects and also on the DARPA TGP program in conjunction with Univ. of Michigan and UCLA, where we developed and tested novel hierarchical wick structures with sintered copper powder, which at the time yielded record high CHF values and minimum evaporation values. These wicks were incorporated into actual copper vapor chambers as well as vapor chambers with a ceramic low-CTE package to enable direct die attach.
