Connects with guests at Campus Information Center desks by giving navigation directions, AnnArbor recommendations, and clarifying answers to University of Michigan questions. Responds to incoming guest calls inquiring about the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Flint, Dearborn, and Medical campuses by giving accurate information or by navigating the phone operator directory and transferring them to necessary departments to deliver quick, productive, and high-quality phone communication.
