- Traveling to various tournaments to manage projects and staff while carrying out processes to ensure events run smoothly. - Collaborated with event teams inside and outside of office settings to ensure all details and checklists were completed prior to events including team lodging, deliveries, and logistics. -Communicated with all event staff, including facilities, logistics, as well and coaches and officials before and during events, and reporting any issues back to the tournament directors promptly- Communicated with teams and spectators to resolve any issues quickly and effectively in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversaw and trained 20 interns on the proper set up of various aspects of facility preparation- Facilitated crowd management strategies through advanced planning and site management through strong and constant communication / meetings with Mason Police, tournament officials and marshals.- Collaborated with facility management and high-level security officials to create and implement effective security plans entailing designs and executing proper security routes. - Taught proper security escort routes around the facility including golf cart and walking escorts while implementing new routes for the tournament.

- Implemented marketing and outreach efforts to recruit new teams, players, and management through face to face and email campaigns. - Contributed to league logistics and operations such as updating rosters and team information, officiating matches when needed. - Communicated with management, outside contractors and customers for issues ranging from facility upkeep to general concerns.

- Collaborated with a 15–20-person team to execute escorting players and teams to matches/practices, sponsorship events, and tv appearances. - Lending hand with staff and interns on a variety of projects prior to tournament to prepare for the upcoming tournament as well as during the tournament.

- Worked directly with event director, club head, and head chefs, as well as other staff to make sure operations were running smoothly- Operated event set up and tear down for a variety of spaces indoor and outdoor as well as worked hand and hand with food prep for events- Lending hand with other roles as needed
