Help Desk Technician
Current- Been serving as a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician since July of 2023. Worked in-person in August 2024.
- Processes new hires in the company's Microsoft and e-commerce systems.
- Remotely troubleshoots various devices across all 47 stores and install locations.
- Regularly monitors corporate and field networking solutions and works with vendors to ensure each location/service is operating optimally.
- Conducts projects to optimize & ensure security of the company network and devices (auditing/managing software and end-user devices).
- Has worked in accordance with multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring that end-users are able to utilize technical environments in a stable framework.
