Mentoring students to help them develop personal statements and obtain offers from top universities. providing academic support to mentees to ensure they achieve the necessary grades to reach top universities.

Within this role I developed skills with CRM systems and customer care through answering customer queries in a timely manner to ensure team targets were met. I created and amended bills based on customer meter readings. I was key in training several people in the companies systems and my area of expertise within the department.
