Born in The South Bay, raised on the Palos Verdes Peninsula & current West Torrance resident. Evan is often referred to as "Mister South Bay" by his clients and associates. His lifelong passion for photography, art & design always helps him sell homes at the top current market prices.Evan's Mother Jan Judah is a respected 40+ year South Bay REALTOR and his Step-Father, Wayne Judah was the owner of The Legendary "ADMIRAL RISTY" Restaurant in Palos Verdes. The ADMIRAL RISTY closed in 2019 after 53 years in business. Evan worked at the restaurant for many years and has fond memories of the great people he worked with and the wonderful clientele from the Palos Verdes Peninsula and all over the world. The restaurant may be gone, but it will never be forgotten!
