Web Communications Manager
CurrentI lead the web team responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations and development of multiple public facing websites. We are tasked with migrating legacy static sites to Drupal content management systems using an Agile Scrumban approach. I’m a working manager who guides development and also acts as a general technologist supporting the team and 90 or so content creators through a combination of communication channels like Slack, SharePoint,JIRA, email and of course facilitating web based and in-person meetings. Some of my other responsibilities include vendor/service agreement selection and oversight, budget planning/reporting and project planning/reporting. My job requires me to wear a lot of hats and solve a wide variety of problems which I enjoy doing. I love technology and working with people. My servant management style builds teams that work together for a common goal.
