As a member of Huron's Research Enterprise Solutions team, I have worked with universities, academic medical centers, hospitals, and other research institutions to address strategic, operational, and technological challenges. This includes: crafting and implementing tailored operating models in-line with strategic priorities; designing and deploying new systems, workflows, and metrics to drive operational efficiency and growth; and building networks to lead and sustain change. In my time at Huron, I have developed strengths in project management and change leadership in addition to core consulting skills. In addition to my client-facing work, I contribute meaningfully to training, development, and mentoring programs, and coordinate business development initiatives.

Armature Group is a pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech market research and consulting start-up. At Armature, I helped write banner plans and proposals, develop proprietary research and reporting methods, and helped in the formulation of survey questions and directions. I read and analyzed transcripts and data, and tested survey links. In addition, I created graphics for proposals, reports, and other company materials, including a new company website I built.

The Safe Motherhood Initiative, part of UCSF's Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, is concentrated on reducing the deaths and illnesses associated with motherhood worldwide. At Safe Motherhood, I worked closely with researchers to design study questions, program surveys, analyze data, and synthesize relevant literature and news into a centralized matrix. I also assisted in creation of content and design for a new company website.

I worked for two summers as a counselor for children ages 8 to 10 and 12 to 13, and two more as a counselor in the program for campers with special needs. A counselor at Camp Ramah in California is responsible for general care and education of his or her campers, as well as frequent event planning and programming.

The Campus Entrepreneurs Initiative is a team of 15 Greek sophomores who are all inquisitive, dynamic, well-networked and creative Jewish students looking for a new way to create new, innovative, campus-based Jewish activities for themselves and their friends.Interns are responsible for advancing Jewish life on campus by creating innovative initiatives that are meant to engage otherwise uninvolved Jewish students at Penn.

At Marin General Hospital, I volunteered at the information desk on a weekly basis. I also helped with promotion and sales tasks in the gift shop.
