Led UX engineering on several teams across Google’s Search UX division including the Magi AI / LLM team, Sports, Real World Journeys, and more. Oversaw strategy & planning to facilitate high cross-functional performance over seven product areas. Collaborated with designers, researchers, and product managers to deliver high fidelity prototypes & iterate on LLM-focused experiences at scale for several billion users every day. Winner of over 15 peer recognition awards, and a presenter for the 2023 UXEcon & UX University conferences.

Senior engineer for IBM’s BluePages directory, w3 Settings, and CV Builder applications. Specialized in front-end engineering, but also actively developed back-end code, performed dev-ops maintenance, and ran deployments via IBM’s proprietary CI/CD pipeline. Responsibilities included designing project architecture, overseeing growth, mentorship, and strategy of the BluePages engineering team, developing software, and running deployment of the applications to serve over 550,000 users and 32 million service responses per month.

Acted as team lead and product owner for Component Library team in organizing, creating, and integrating features on multiple projects such as jetblue.com and the booking & check-in applications. Programmed and maintained responsive front end software & UI as part of JetBlue’s Digital 2020 Refresh initiative, increasing traffic to an average 5.5 million visits per week. Individually developed and delivered the Flight Tracker module, leading to a 40% increase in traffic on mobile devices and over 400,000 hits per day. Designed code for a variety of disabilities in accordance with ACAA standards. Provided insights in peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure coding standards stayed consistent with company IT disciplines. Aligned with product owners, architects, & devops to deliver successful deployments, project estimates, and documentation on an enterprise level.

Developed front-to-back software for a startup focused on buying, selling, & renting vanity license plates (https://plategallery.azurewebsites.net). Application was designed & developed as a minimum viable product. Personally developed features including user registration & login using SHA-256 encryption, third party registration with Facebook API, administrative events calendar using Google Maps geolocation & routing, and shopping cart & checkout using Stripe & third party encryption to handle sensitive user payment information. Produced cross platform brand experiences for 150 Disney sites, 7 Marvel sites, 3 Pixar sites, and 16 Star Wars: The Force Awakens sites across the globe. Managed and trained internal & external developers on Global Operations projects such as the Star Wars app, Disney Gif app, Disney.com, StarWars.com, and Marvel.com.

Utilized a variety of technologies to manage the sale of films. Sold over 60 from Columbia and TriStar Pictures databases to established production companies like Happy Madison, Plan B, Imagine Entertainment, & MGM.

Collaborated on development & distribution of The Wolf of Wall Street, The Revenant, & Live By Night, garnering a total of 3 Academy Awards, 17 Oscar Nominations, & $945 million in box office.

Coordinated at events such as USC Shoah Foundation, Widney Society Gala, and annual university commencement that raised over $6 billion. Collaborated with managers and vendors to set up events, venues, and student workers for University's Presidential, Athletic, and Alumni Associations.

Assembled with team to tailor scripts and prepare pre-production for We Bought A Zoo & The Other Woman that grossed $120 million and $200 million, respectively, at the box office.

Organized the renovation and development of 570 apartments through external construction vendors to above California state code, increasing the number of tenants by 22%. Worked temporarily as a concierge for the complex and as the assistant to the Vice President of the conglomerate, earning the Distinguished National Teamwork award.
