Supervise all foster care licensing activities within the Tampa NYAP program.

Oversee all foster care licensing for the Department of Children and Families for 11 counties that make up the Suncoast Region of Florida.

Responsibilities include: Manage the recruitment of therapeutic foster homes for Florida MENTOR which includes all areas of the state. Other responsibilities are to monitor the number of homes licensed throughout the state, look at processes being used, work with community providers, and supervise 8 – 10 recruiters.

Responsibilities include: Recruiting and licensing of therapeutic foster homes for Florida MENTOR in the West Region which covers Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Manatee Counties. Other responsibilities include providing the MAPP training for all incoming potential foster families, and having all new foster homes licensed under the Chapter 65C13 state licensing standards.

Responsibilities included: As a Care Manager a caseload of 20 – 30 children are provided services while also assisting the adoptive parents with services to finalize adoptions. To provide services in the community for all children on the caseload and develop adoption case plans with the families and provide safety and permanency for all children and families on the caseload.

Responsibilities include: The development of all policies and procedures for the workforce empowerment program. Assist the project director with the supervision of 5 youth transition specialist. Manage and direct 10-20 participants in the program to gain employment further their education and assist them with life skills through scheduled trainings.

Responsibilities included supervision of external and internal quality improvement reviews of cases. Conducting client satisfaction surveys and critiquing supervisory logs and permanency staffings. The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist must also roll-up all data and submit monthly to identify needs to improve the quality of the organization. Oversees all incident reporting within the care centers.

Responsibilities included: As a Care Manager a caseload of 20 – 30 children are provided services while also assisting the parents with services to reunite the family. To provide services in the community for all children on the caseload and develop case plans with the families within the first 45 days and conducting 6 month reviews to provide safety and permanency for all children and families on the caseload.As a Care Team Coordinator a caseload between 10 and 20 children are provided as well as supervising two other care managers on a team of three. The Care Team Coordinator supervises between 50 – 60 total children and provides leadership to the team to achieve safety and permanency for all children on the team. Also responsible for having case management conferences on a monthly basis with the care managers along with providing monthly statistics to the Care Management Supervisor. Also participate in the internal QA audits that occur in the center periodically.
