CurrentTake Service Request and Incident Management Calls from ClientsManage all User System Profile/Account Support: Accountable (e.g., activation, modification, termination, and Password Resets, etc.). Responsible to reset service account passwords;Manage all Trouble Tickets and Operational Processes; (e.g., scheduling vendor repairs, backups, troubleshooting, restorations, etc.). Manage all Change Management: Follows up on open Change Control tickets end ensure changes are implemented and update clientCommunicate with client daily on ticket status updates and organize and prioritize tickets, enhancements and projects while making progress visible to customer and management. Ensure a stable IT environment exist for clients; Simplify or automate IT operations and increase levels of IT service.Assist client with all technical needs within an MSP environment
