I lead a team of more than 20 engineers and specialists dedicated to the successful acquisition, configuration, deployment, and sustainment of custom-built private cloud networks. My duties include resource planning and project execution, pre-sales briefings and demonstrations, and assisting in the development of corporate strategy.

I managed multiple concurrent projects within three different programs. This included writing winning proposals, serving as the main daily interface with customers, providing monthly status reports and program reviews, and preparing and conducting technical control gate meetings. I also conducted pre-sales demonstrations of existing products, as well as new prototypes that I personally developed.

I led a team of 25 people responsible for the development of cutting-edge network analysis tools. I worked with customers, upper management, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions. This included establishing schedules that were realistic for development but still met the customers’ needs. Also required managing resources across multiple projects to ensure work was completed and spend rates were met.I prepared and presented pre-sales capabilities briefs and demos to potential customers. These briefs and demos targeted organic growth with existing customers and new business with new customers. I worked with upper management to identify new opportunities and collaborated with current customers to identify potential new partners for the existing user group.

I managed a branch of 10 people responsible for the development of cutting-edge network analysis tools. I helped upper management determine and meet spending numbers to achieve aggressive growth targets each year.I prepared and presented pre-sales capabilities briefs and demos to potential customers. These briefs and demos targeted organic growth with existing customers and new business with new customers.

I designed and implemented modules for a high-speed, real-time, C++ network processing system. I also designed, implemented, and tested modules for a Java-based network analysis system.

I developed, maintained, and documented web-based applications using ColdFusion, HTML, and JavaScript. I lead a project to implement and deploy an interface to our knowledge base system using XML Web Services. I designed and implemented web-based computer lab reservation system to facilitate student lab use.
