Responsibilities in this role:• Teaching a week-long course to 13-18 year olds, focusing on leadership, communication, inclusion, and job skills• Marking quizzes, tests, other course work, and assessing overall performance and participation in the course• Responding to concerns and questions in a quick and urgent manner

Responsibilities in this role:• Greet students, faculty, staff, and community members warmly as they enter the student center• Remain knowledgeable about student-oriented supports, services, and events provided both by the TCSA and Trent University• Assist in the facilitation of events and initiatives hosted by the TCSA and other school groups (Including Trent International and Careerspace)

Responsibilities in this role:• Assisting with the facilitation of on-boarding training for approximately 15 employees• Handling, maintaining, and calculating a weekly budget to purchase camp supplies • Being ready to assist in varying positions within the camp environment, including helping with one-on-one inclusion support

Responsibilities in this role:• Clearly and concisely communicating rules and procedures of different games or activities to campers of ages 5-13• Maintaining constant constant communication with 10+ individual campers to ensure overall happiness within the group• Bringing a strong positive attitude each and every day and showing an excitement for the day• Being quick to solve problems as they arise, and communicating these problems to senior staff when necessary

Responsibilities in this role:• Speaking with customers in a warm and direct fashion to understand their needs and desires in footwear choices, to ensure customer satisfaction • Memorizing a complex array of technical knowledge relating to footwear • Maintain a constant stream of communication with managers and coworkers to ensure the department runs smoothly • Memorize and maintain a highly organized warehouse/back room
