The program, described below, is intended to give an overall view of the Enterprise experience during the intern’s individual summer in the Enterprise office. The training program is designed to allow the intern to develop at his or her own pace. Duties include but are not limited to:- Handling phone and walk-in inquiries.- Completing rental transactions from start to finish (underwriting techniques, use of computer system, and inspecting the rental vehicle).- Selling the customer a wide range of products and services.- Arranging interior and exterior cleanup of cars.- Arranging the maintenance of rental vehicles.- Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks (daily matching of tickets and receipt payments).- Participating in Regional Internship Scholarship Contest.
